Trendtracker is a fast-scaling AI company from Ghent, building an enterprise-grade strategic-intelligence platform used by innovation, strategy, and foresight teams globally. This role sits at the intersection of AI, product, and customers. You’ll clarify complex capabilities, shape high-impact demos, support sales cycles, and connect product insights directly to enterprise needs.
You’ll translate strategy, foresight, and AI workflows into clear product value — guiding prospects, shaping demos, and accelerating enterprise deals.
Why this role matters
You help enterprises understand how Trendtracker supports strategic decision making across trend intelligence, data knowledge, NLP understanding, signal detection, and AI copilots. You bridge sales, product, and customer success—shaping demos, refining sales playbooks, structuring slide decks, joining expert discussions, and pushing insights into product development. You also work directly with our AI engine: scoring logic, LLM features, detection systems, and core data models. This is a rare chance in Belgium and Ghent to help scale a global AI-driven strategic-intelligence platform already adopted across major multinational organizations.

How you contribute
You deliver tailored demos for each industry and use case. You translate complex AI capabilities—scoring engines, NLP workflows, copilots, and pipelines—into clear business value. You support sales with technical validation, deep product discussions, and credibility on discovery and demo calls. You map customer problems to the right features, workflows, and data structures. You build proof-of-concept demos that illustrate strategic-intelligence fit. You stay ahead of the roadmap and clearly explain new capabilities. You take on technical questions across integrations, data formats, security, and AI explainability. You assist with RFPs, questionnaires, and procurement processes.
What we’re looking for
You have 2–6 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Consulting Sales, or a hybrid tech consulting role. You understand innovation, foresight, or strategy workflows and can make complex AI or NLP concepts simple and useful. You’re a strong communicator—confident presenter, compelling demo storyteller, and clear writer. You have curiosity to dive into how the product works. You think commercially and understand enterprise sales cycles and objections. You solve problems structurally and think clearly about customer workflows. You bring high ownership, low ego, and adapt fast. You speak fluent English; more languages are a plus. Experience with AI, ML, NLP, LLMs, or data-heavy platforms is beneficial.
