We’re scaling quickly and looking for a data-driven Growth Marketer with strong content creation skills to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and support with content creation as needed.
About the vacancy
You'll help shape and execute growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue, working closely with various teams in Trendtracker.
What you'll do
- Help shape and execute growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue, working closely with the team.
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Run and analyze A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels to learn what really resonates with our audience.
- Track, analyze, and share insights on key growth and performance metrics, such as:
- CTR, CPC, CPM
- CPL and CPA (signup / trial)
- Landing page and funnel conversion rates
- Cost per activated user
- Marketing CAC (paid acquisition scope)
- ROAS and short-term ROI
- You’ll turn data into clear dashboards and actionable takeaways that help guide decisions.
- Experiment with new growth ideas, lifecycle improvements, and referral or viral mechanics to accelerate user acquisition and activation.
- Create engaging content across the funnel, including ad copy, email sequences, landing pages, blogs, thought leadership, and visual assets.
- Explore and test new growth channels such as partnerships, affiliates, and influencer campaigns.
- Improve conversion rates across signup flows, pricing pages, and key user journeys through ongoing optimization.
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and content teams to improve trial-to-activation, lead quality, and marketing-sourced revenue.
What we're looking for
Experience:
- 3–5 years of growth marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or tech environments.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth through paid acquisition and experimentation.
- Hands-on experience creating high-quality content for multiple channels, including strong visual design and compelling writing (blogs, thought leadership)
- Strong paid advertising expertise, managing budgets across platforms.
- Deep understanding of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, cohort retention).
Skills:
- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, andLinkedIn Campaign Manager expertise.
- Analytics proficiency (Google Analytics; SQL a plus).
- Strong copywriting for ads, landing pages, and conversion-focused content.
- A/B testing and experimentation expertise.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Lemlist).
- SEM/SEO experience is a big plus.
You are:
- Experimental and data-driven with a "test fast, learn faster" mentality.
- Results-oriented, scrappy, and resourceful.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership of projects end-to-end.
- Collaborative across product, sales, and customer success teams.
- Fluency in English, Dutch, or French is a plus.
