What We’re Looking For
- Deep experience building scalable B2B SaaS products.
- Expertise in Python, Angular, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, Git, REST APIs, CI/CD, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
- A systems thinker who cares about architecture, performance, and resilience.
- Independent problem-solver who thrives on complexity without needing handholding.
- Clear communicator who can convert technical complexity into simple explanations.
- A team player who raises the bar and thrives in high-performance environments.
- Curious, entrepreneurial, and eager to grow fast.
- Bonus: AI/ML, NLP, big data, or complex data systems.
- Fluent in English and comfortable collaborating across disciplines.
How you contribute
- Build and scale core product features that directly shape how global customers interact with trends, signals, and AI insights.
- Plan, design, and deliver high-impact features in agile sprints, from idea to deployment (Python, Angular, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, MongoDB).
- Implement high-quality, maintainable code with strict adherence to our SDLC practices: code reviews, automated testing, feature flagging, CI/CD, security checks.
- Optimize performance across the stack: APIs, queries, pipelines, frontend rendering.
- Own deployments and operations in a controlled, cloud-native environment (Kubernetes, Canary releases, staging → production).
- Ensure security and reliability by integrating vulnerability scanning and meeting remediation SLAs.
- Work closely with AI engineers and data engineers to integrate NLP pipelines, trend scoring, and LLM-powered features.
- Mentor junior engineers and elevate the engineering culture.
- And yes — build awesome new features that customers love.
