How you'll contribute
- Trend research & analysis: Conduct horizon scanning and trend research across industries and topics, feeding both the Trendtracker platform’s trend database and client-specific projects. Support senior colleagues on foresight and strategy engagements by gathering evidence, structuring findings, and drafting first versions of analyses. Contribute to curating and maintaining our trend database and industry “Future of” trend boards.
- Reporting & content: Help build client-ready reports, trend deep-dives, and presentation materials, and support the production of case studies, playbooks, and templates that capture best practices.
- Product roadmap input: Capture and structure client and market feedback into clear insights for the product roadmap, research data sources and indicators for different client needs, and support ideation and testing of new platform features from a foresight/user perspective.
- Platform set-up & technical support: Support client onboarding by helping configure the Trendtracker platform, act as a first point of contact for technical support questions, and help maintain internal documentation on platform set-up and common support topics.
What we’re looking for
- 0–3 years of relevant work experience (relevant internships and student projects count).
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Communication, Social Sciences, or an equivalent level gained through relevant experience.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with genuine curiosity about industry, technology, and societal trends.
- Structured and detail-oriented, able to turn scattered information into clear, well-organized outputs.
- Comfortable with technology and software platforms; affinity with technical troubleshooting or support is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch, Spanish, Arabic and/or French are a plus.
