Why this role matters
- You bring seniority and credibility into client meetings, translating our platform’s intelligence into real strategic impact.

- You act as an expert voice within Trendtracker, shaping the product roadmap and supporting Sales and Marketing with domain expertise.
How you'll contribute
- Client advisory: Answer client questions on methods and metrics, document approaches, and build reusable templates and playbooks. Advise clients on horizon scanning, trend deep-dives, and scenario-building engagements, and help them embed the platform into recurring workflows.
- Customer success at key accounts: Co-own the client relationship, and identify value drivers and expansion/upsell opportunities in partnership with Customer Success and Sales.
- Customer Success function: Continuously refine onboarding and implementation flows, including process plans, workflow and pain-point mapping, best practices for configuring Trendtracker, and training/academy content.
- Strategic projects: Lead service projects that translate strategic intelligence and foresight into actionable strategies, such as transformation roadmaps, innovation portfolios, and market-entry strategies, including workshop facilitation, data analyst services, and project management from scope to delivery.
- Platform development: Capture, structure, and prioritize client feedback into clear product insights, act as an expert voice in ideation and betas for new features, and collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design to evolve Trendtracker toward an AI-powered virtual strategic assistant.

- Comfortable managing client relationships and spotting expansion signals, in partnership with senior colleagues and Sales.
