Meet Trendtracker at Dubai Future Forum 2026
Dubai Future Week brings together people from around the world who work in foresight, including futurists, researchers, policymakers, and strategy leaders. The Dubai Future Foundation organizes the 2026 edition, which will take place at Emirates Towers and the Museum of the Future. The program will cover five tracks: how we'll live, how we'll think, how we'll innovate, how we'll feel, and how we'll do business.
Barbara Ferrer Lanz, our Senior Foresight Consultant, will represent Trendtracker in Dubai. She'll take part in the conversations and bring what she learns back to the teams we work with.
Recognition at the Dubai Foresight Awards
We're proud to share that Barbara will receive a Dubai Foresight Award during the week. It recognizes her work and, more broadly, the kind of thoughtful, practical foresight we try to bring to every client we work with.
The Dubai Foresight Awards honor thought leaders, innovators, and pioneers around the world whose work in foresight and future design has made a meaningful impact. They recognize individuals, organizations, and groups that use foresight frameworks, methods, and tools to support long-term thinking and resilience, and to build strategies for better futures for people and the planet. We're grateful to see Barbara's work recognized among them.
What We Are Taking Back
Dubai Future Week is one of the field's major international events. Each year it brings foresight practitioners from around the world to one place, to compare methods, test ideas, and talk openly about what's ahead.
That conversation is closely tied to our own work. Trendtracker focuses on bringing AI into foresight processes. AI adds speed and breadth, and human critical thinking and judgment decide what matters. Getting that balance right is a question many foresight teams are working through, and Dubai is a good place to explore it with peers.
